Cell Technology was founded in 2000 and headquartered in Hong Kong SAR. We reformed from a network consulting provider to a network & security technology provider in Hong Kong since 2004. We are specializing in designing, developing and delivering innovative and intelligent IP packet processing engine which can be integrated into software platform and hardware appliance. Our network & security product solutions address the business needs for service providers and enterprises in a high quality level. Our technologies optimize the IP network performance, secure the network security and resiliency, manage the quality of IP services, and provide the complete service management platform. Our businesses focus on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry primarily to Asia Pacific and as well as extend to worldwide.

Cell Technology's product development and engineering team have expertise engineers in researching, designing and developing our core technologies in term of kernel layer and system architecture into the uniqueness of Cell network product portfolios. Our core technologies are Cell CRiOS (Custom Real-time intelligent Operating System) in kernel layer, Cell IPPE (Intelligent Packet Processing Engine) in network layer, Cell TSAE (Traffic Shaping Algorithm Engine), a proprietary IP QoS (Quality of Service) engine, and Cell iCMS (Intelligent Cell Management System), a proprietary data-minding technology in management layer.
